On April 13, 2020, the Innisfail RCMP were dispatched to a break and enter in progress at the Horn Hill waste transfer station.  RCMP responded immediately and arrested three suspects on the scene in relation to the break and enter and possession of a stolen Ford F-350. A search of the stolen vehicle revealed a loaded, sawed-off shotgun, a substance believed to be methamphetamine, and a significant quantity of stolen property. Charged with numerous weapon, theft and drug offenses are:

  • Conner Mueller (27) of Red Deer
  • Mac Smith (37) of Edmonton
  • Corbie Fedyk (27) of Red Deer

Mueller has been remanded into custody to appear in court April 20, 2020.

Smith has been remanded into custody to appear in court April 15, 2020.

Fedyk has been released with conditions by a Justice of the Peace.
