On March 25, 2022 Innisfail RCMP with assistance of the RCMP Police Dog Service executed a search warrant in Innisfail. During the search warrant six persons were arrested. Alberta RCMP officers seized a stolen vehicle, stolen industrial wire, stolen mail and a small amount of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl. Four of the persons arrested were released with no charges. Charges against the residents of the home are as follows:
43-year-old August Baker of Innisfail has been charged with:
- Possession of Stolen Property (x3)
- Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl)
- Breach of a release order
August Baker was also arrested on 24 outstanding warrants from Three Hills and Drumheller detachments. August Baker has been remanded into custody and his next court appearance is April 8, 2022 in Red Deer Provincial Court.
43-year-old Regan Baker of Innisfail has been charged with:
- Possession of Stolen Property (x3)
- Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl)
- Breach of a release order
Regan Baker was released on cash bail and her next court appearance is April 8, 2022 in Red Deer Provincial Court.
