With the COVID-19 restrictions still in place, The Ponoka Youth Centre has adapted to virtual programs.

Morgen Chernick, the Program Director for the youth centre said: "We are so excited that we are still able to offer programming to youth during this time". In spite of the challenges faced with not being allowed to have face to face communication and programming, PYC is striving to continue as normal as possible. "When we transitioned our programs over to a virtual platform, we wanted to ensure that we were still offering high-quality programming, aligning with our core values."

In order  for youth to participate, they need to have a completed registration form. They also need consent from their parent/guardian through an email or text sent to admin@ponokayouthcentre.com or 403-963-2418.

Most of the programs are run using Google Meet so  an email address is required  for each youth.
