Rams head coach Jason Petrie said his team was missing a few key players on its offensive line, forcing Grade 10 players to step up.

He was pleased with his defence and wasn't concerned about the score.

"A whole bunch of players didn't have their best night tonight and that happens. So I don't think I'm going to take too much stock in this game," Petrie said. "There's things we need to improve on and things we need to get better at."

One of those things would be their ground game.

"It's pretty tough to live and die on the pass if you can't run. When you're missing probably two of the best offensive linemen in the league, it's pretty tough to run," he said.

With the loss, the Rams fell to 1-1 on the season.
