Thunderstorm warning has ended. A watch remains in effect for the Central Alberta area. 

Update 11:00 AM 06/15/2021:

Meteorolpgists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing nickel to ping pong sized hail. The storm is located over Gull Lake and so far has produced up to loonie sized hail. Those on open water are being advised to get to shore immediately.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for the City and County of Lacombe and the City and County of Red Deer. 

Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms that are capable of producing strong wind gusts, heavy rains, up to toonie sized hail as well as lightning. If you hear thunder, or see lightning it is recommended you head indoors to remain safe.
