This is a new recipe I saw someone create on Youtube. I was skeptical at first because mostly all the ingredients were new to me, but I am so glad I gave it a chance, because now it is officially my new favourite

What you will need is

- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

- 1 tbsp tahini

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- garlic powder (however much you like the taste of garlic can dictate how much you wanna use, I LOVE garlic so I used a couple tsps worth)

- 1 tsp coconut aminos (similar to soya sauce, but sweeter)

Stir to combine. Your mixture will be very thick, almost like a hummus texture. Take a small glass of water and slowly pour in small amounts until it reaches your desired consistency. I prefer my dressings a little thicker so they stick to the veggies. 

 

I made some spirulized zucchini noodles for this salad and added some dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds on top!
