The Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing elderly man. 76-year-old Edward Deter was last seen around 9:30 a.m. on July 13, 2022 in Red Deer, when he left his residence to run an errand. Red Deer RCMP would like to locate Edward to confirm his wellbeing, as his family is concerned that he has not returned.
Edward is described as:
- 5’11”
- 180 lbs
- White hair
- Short white beard
- Last seen wearing blue jeans and t-shirt
Edward may be driving his silver Buick Regal with Alberta licence plate number BGC 4940. A photo of Edward has been included, however it is very dated. A more recent photo will be provided as soon as possible. A stock photo of his vehicle has also been provided.
