The Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing female youth. 15-year-old Zoey Carr was reported missing on Nov. 29, 2021 in Red Deer. Red Deer RCMP wish to locate Zoey to confirm her wellbeing.

Zoey Carr is described as:

  • 5’5”
  • 145 lbs
  • Long blonde hair
  • Wears red glasses

Zoey was last seen wearing a multi-colour sweater and black leggings. A photo is attached.
