The Sylvan Lake Gulls have announced their official 2022 game schedule.
In their second season in the Western Canadian Baseball League, the team will play 56 games. Their first game five games will be on the road including game number one in Lethbridge on May 26th.
Another difference this year will be the addition of more teams with less uncertainty regarding COVID-19. The Gulls will now play teams from Saskatchewan (Swift Current, Regina, Weyburn, Moose Jaw) and more teams from Alberta that weren't in the league last season. (Medicine Hat, Fort McMurray, Brooks).
Their home opener will be June 1st versus Okotoks, at Gulls Stadium in Pogadl Park. The Gulls will play 28 games at home in Sylvan lake. The regular season wraps up on the road in Fort McMurray on August 6th, with playoffs starting on August 8th.
