CARES Pet of the Week

Sunny 94 has partnered with Central Alberta Rescue Effort Shelter (C.A.R.E.S) to bring you Pet of the Week! Each Wednesday we feature a new, super friendly, totally adoptable dog or cat. We’ll tell you a bit about them in hopes you’ll go to CARES, meet them, fall in love, and take them home with you!

This is Swiss!

Hi, my name is Swiss… like the cheese! I am a female French Bulldog mixed with Boston Terrier which means I’m a pretty small dog. The reason I came to CARES was by owner surrender back in March… I’m still on the lookout for my new forever home!

I don’t bark very often so I would be great for apartment living or a place with connected houses. If you already have dogs (or cats) in the house, don’t worry! I am very friendly with other animals and it doesn’t take me long to get comfortable around them. I’m a fairly low maintenance pooch so even if you weren’t the most experienced dog owner we could live together happily! As far as kids go, I haven’t been around very many in my life. But like I said, I’m super friendly so I would be licking them and being their best friend in no time!

I am more than ready to be adopted and am considered a ‘perfect candidate’ in the adoption world!
