Sunny 94 has partnered with Central Alberta Rescue Effort Shelter (C.A.R.E.S) to bring you Pet of the Week! Each Wednesday we feature a new, super friendly, totally adoptable dog or cat. We’ll tell you a bit about them in hopes you’ll go to CARES, meet them, fall in love, and take them home with you!

Meet Brooklyn!

Hi, my name’s Brooklyn! If you look in my big puppy-dog eyes it won’t take long for you to realize how super cute and loving I am! I’m a huuuuuge sweetheart. If you live in a place that doesn’t have a lot of space or maybe you’re in an apartment, I would be the perfect addition to your family!

The ladies at CARES say they haven’t heard me bark since I got to the shelter – they aren’t even sure if I’m capable of barking! So if you’re in the market for a quiet dog, look no further! When I meet new people I tend to be more on the shy side because I’m pretty small and sometimes things can be scary at first. Once we know each other for a while and I begin to realize that you’re there to love me and by my friend, I’ll be wagging my tail and cuddling/playing with you in no time!

I don’t know how well a big dog and I will get along but it’s always worth bringing them in to meet me so we can all be sure that your dog and I are friends!
