From the RCMP Major Crimes Unit: May 21st, 2020. 

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit became involved in the investigation into the disappearance of 30-year-old Christopher Deschambeault when information led them to believe that he is deceased.

In early November, Christopher was reported to the Red Deer RCMP as missing.  Information gathered since his initial disappearance lead the RCMP to believe that he is deceased. The body of Christopher Deschambeault has still not been located despite follow up on several tips. The investigation into his death continues.

Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate 30-year-old Christopher Deschambeault, who was last seen in Red Deer in early November. Police wish to verify his well-being.
