Update from November 11th, 2020:

etaskiwin RCMP are investigating an armed robbery that happened on October 13 at the Mickey's N' Minies Liquor Store in Millet.

At 8:05 p.m. a male wearing a red bandana and black Under Armour head gear tried to enter the liquor store.

When the clerk asked him to remove the mask before entering, the male forced his way into the liquor store and produced what is believed to be a black revolver from inside his jacket.

The male pointed it at the clerk and demanded the money from the till. Once the suspect obtained the money from the till, he stole the clerk’s cell phone and fled on foot.

The clerk described the suspect as:

  • Caucasian male
  • In his 20’s
  • Approximately 5’10” tall / slim build
  • Curly, dirty blonde hair
  • Wearing a black hoodie, dark red bandana over his face

The Police Dog Services unit was deployed, but unable to locate the suspect.

The RCMP believe that there was another person walking with this suspect. That person did not enter the store and was not involved, but likely has information about the identity of the male.
