On February 2nd, 2017 an unknown female approached an elderly woman in the parking lot of the Wetaskiwin Mall demanding a ride somewhere.

When the elderly woman refused to give the female a ride, the female reached into the elderly woman’s vehicle and stole a bible that her deceased husband gave to her.

The bible is described as being paperback, navy blue in colour with the name Faye Snyder on the inside cover, it was in a black fabric case with a zipper. 

The bible case also contained a soft cover bible study book called “She Did What She Could” by Day of Discovery.

The Wetaskiwin RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the stolen bible.
