From Rocky Mountain House RCMP:

On Friday, January 19, 2018, the Rocky Mountain House RCMP initiated a targeted enforcement initiative involving stolen property on the Sunchild First Nation.  As a result of pro-active patrols on Off Highway Vehicles, RCMP members recovered 11 stolen vehicles (9 quads, 1 snowmobile, and 1 truck). 

The RCMP are actively notifying the registered owners of these vehicles.  Charges have not been laid yet in connection with the recovered stolen vehicles.  Police are also seeking the owner of a 70cc Honda dirt bike which was recovered. 

As well, a male who was wanted on outstanding warrants was arrested on multiple charges stemming from a domestic violence incident, and is currently in police custody.  The male was not charged in connection with the recovered stolen property.
