Ponoka, AB- The Ponoka RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Joel Dean Ray DESCHAMPS. DESCHAMPS was last seen on April 17th, 2019 at around 18:15 pm, at the Centennial Centre in Ponoka, Alberta.

DESCHAMPS is described as:

  • Aboriginal male
  • 183 cm tall.
  • 63 kgs 
  • Brown hair, currently shaved bald.
  • Brown eyes
  • Last seen wearing a red hoodie with black stripes on the sides and blue jeans.
