On December 17th 2016 at approximately 9 pm RCMP Innisfail responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at the MAC's Convenience store in Innisfail Alberta.

One unknown male entered the store and produced a handgun and demanded cash and cigarettes.

The lone night shift worker complied and gave the male an undisclosed amount of cash, the male fled shortly after.

The shift worker was not injured.

The male is described as:
approx 5'5" tall
Skinny
White skin, dark eyes
Wearing a jacket, dark blue and grey
Deep clear voice
Face and most of his body were covered

RCMP responded to the area immediately however were unsuccessful in locating the male, however the investigation is on going.
