There was a long line at the municipal polls in Lacombe this morning. If you are planning to cast a vote, it might be wise to prepare to spend a bit of extra time in line.

It also might be wise to ensure that you are prepared to vote. In order to vote you will need to be 18 year of age or older, and a resident of the municipality. You will also need to verify your eligibility with documents that include your name and address.

The polls will be open until 8PM today at the Lacombe Memorial Centre.
