Blackfalds RCMP seek assistance in identifying suspects involved in a carjacking.

On May 22, 2021, at approximately 4:35 a.m., an armed carjacking occurred at a community center in Blackfalds. A grey Mazda car with two male occupants approached the victim and demanded that he get out of his vehicle. One male suspect produced a black revolver and pointed it at the victim while the other male suspect had a baton in his hands. Both suspects fled from the area in the victim’s vehicle and the Grey Mazda car. The victim was not injured.

The first suspect is described as:

  •  Male in his mid 20’s
  • Dark complexion and curly hair
  • Dark colored eyes
  • Approximately 5'10" - 5'11 " tall
  • Lanky build

 He was last seen wearing a dark grey zip-up hoodie, black flat brim baseball cap with a red under-brim, perched back on his forehead with hair visible under the brim and red, paisley patterned bandana, worn under his lower lip

The second suspect described as a Caucasian male. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, black face mask, and was carrying a baton.
