Forward Billy Marshall's shootout goal was the difference in the Lacombe Generals' 4-3 victory over the Innisfail Eagles on Saturday night.

Marshall also scored in regulation. The Generals also saw goals from Daulton Siwak and Brad Stebner.

Generals goalie Jacob DeSerres stopped 14 of 17 shots through regulation and two overtime periods. A familiar face suited up between the pipes for the Eagles -- Kraymer Barnstable, who made 46 saves in his first game back at the Gary Moe Auto Group Sportsplex.

With the win, the Generals managed to split their weekend games, after losing 4-3 to the Stony Plain Eagles the night before.

They visit the Rosetown Redwings on Saturday before hosting the Fort Saskatchewan Chiefs on Nov. 24.
