The Red Deer U15 Female AA Sutter Fund Chiefs will be hosting the 2023 Alberta Female Hockey League (AFHL) Alberta Provincial Championships, presented by ATB, taking place March 23-26.

All games and festivities will be held at the Servus Arena in Red Deer.

U15AA Female teams from across the province battled in two playoff rounds for a coveted spot in the championships to come this week.

Although this is an elite female hockey team based in Red Deer, the players are from all over Central Alberta and live and go to school in the communities of Rocky Mountain House (2), Eckville (2), Bentley (3), Sylvan Lake (4), Lacombe (1), Delbourne (2), Stettler (1), Red Deer (4)
