Today, we had the honour of visiting Mr. Hacket’s Grade 6 class at St. Augustine School in Ponoka.  

Before we visited the class, we stopped at Boston Pizza in Ponoka to pick up their delicious pizzas. Natalie Reglin and the staff were so nice and so happy to see us. 

At the school, we surprised by just how well-behaved Mr. Hacket’s class was. Kain Churchill nominated his class and said that their class loves pizza and they sure do! We could have brought 500 pizzas to them and they would have polished it off like nothing. 

Sunny was so happy to visit the class in person and was quizzed on all his favourite things. 

Here’s what he decided: 

  • Favorite Song: Here Comes the Sun by the Beatles
  • Favourite Drink: Sunny D
  • Favourite Food: Sunchips (and PIZZA of course!)
  • Favourite Movie: Jurassic Park (There’s a sun somewhere in that!)

He also felt like quite a celebrity. Sunny gave out around 15 autographs to Mr. Hacket’s class and had his picture taken with so many students! He was really feeling like a celebrity after the visit.  

We had such a wonderful time with Mr. Hacket’s class. We are so excited to spread the joy to our next Classroom of the Month which could be YOUR CLASS!
