Rogers is experiencing a nationwide outage impacting all debit and some credit payments, internet, cable and more. 

Rogers customers currently have no access to cell services making checking social media more difficult but also calling 9-1-1 more difficult as well. 

Locally, the City of Red Deer has also noted that payment options are also limited to cash only due to the outage. 

ATM services are also affected by the outage and are therefore unable to provide cash on-site. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and bring cash or credit at all city recreation facilities, Sorensen Station and City Hall.

On Twitter, Rogers has stated that they are working to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.
