 Red Deer RCMP have located Rosaire Levasseur safe and unharmed. RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

BACKGROUND STORY:

On Dec. 16, 2022, at 1:45 p.m., Red Deer RCMP received a call of a missing elderly male. It is possible that the male is confused and has lost his way home.

Rosaire Levasseur (82), a resident of Red Deer, left his house at 10:00 a.m., and last communicated with his wife at 11:00 a.m. Levasseur is driving a 2004 black Chrysler Concorde bearing AB license TLM 711.

Levasseur is described as:

  • Blue eyes and grey hair
  • 5’4 and 135 lbs
