Strategic Plan Quarterly Report (received for information):

  • City Council received the second quarterly report card from City administration highlighting progress towards the outcomes in the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. Capstone Land Matter (approved):

  • City Council approved the sale of lands at 5436 47 Street in Capstone below market value for multi-family development to support development in the downtown area.
