The Red Deer Rebels have announced that forward Nickolas Kovich has signed a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the team.

Kovich was selected by the Rebels in round four, 75th overall at the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.

A native of Richmond, BC, the 6’1, 165-pound forward collected 36 points (17 goals, 19 assists) in 21 games for Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep. Kovich will be playing with Delta Hockey Academy U18 Prep this season.
