The Red Deer Rebels have not lost a game this season.

Their record breaking wins to start a season continued over the weekend with wins nine and ten.

Friday night, they doubled up on The Medicine Hat Tigers 4-2 on the road at the Co-op Place Arena. It wasn't looking good for Red Deer when they went down 2-0 in the first period, but with a perfect penalty kill and four straight goals they kept their winning streak intact.

The Rebels then returned home Saturday night to host The Prince Albert Raiders at The Peavey Mart Centrium. The team did not disappoint in front of their largest crowd of the season at just over 5200 fans. The Rebs went 3 for 6 on the power play and shut out The Raiders 3-0.

Rebels goaltender Rhett Stoesser, got his first WHL career shutout while making just his second start of the season.

Next game for the Rebels comes up Wednesday night at home to Victoria.
