On April 20, 2022, Central Alberta District Crime Reduction Unit (CRU), with the assistance of the Sylvan Lake GIS, executed a search warrant on a Sylvan Lake residence where they recovered numerous stolen items.
To date, many of the stolen items were returned; however, there are still some items the police would love to return to their rightful owners. Some of these items are oil painting and prints which may have sentimental value.
