On May 2, 2023, at 7:50 a.m.,  RCMP and Innisfail fire responded to a single vehicle collision of a dirt bike in a ditch.  The collision occurred at Range Road 274 and Township 362. One Male youth was located with significant injuries. The male was transported to hospital where he is recovering and receiving treatment.

Since May 2, 2023, additional information has been received that there may have been a passenger vehicle also involved in the collision. Information also obtained that the collision may have occurred the night previous on May 1, 2023,  at around 9:30 p.m.  RCMP are looking to speak to anyone that was in the area of the collision at that time or that may have any residential or vehicle video of that location.
