The 61st Daines Ranch Pro Rodeo made a return over the weekend north of Innisfail. The rodeo paid tribute to Jack Daines, competitor, builder, announcer, and Hall of Fame inductee. He was well-known for his gravelly voice and big personality. 

He passed away in December of 2021 but remains a legacy in central Alberta rodeo. 

The rodeo hosted several events including free style bullfighting, barrel racing, among several other rodeo events.
