Sylvan Lake Gulls 7-Brooks Bombers 0

The Sylvan Lake Gulls continued their winning ways on Sunday with a shut out against the Brooks Bombers 7-0. Over the last ten games, Sylvan Lake has won eight with only two losses.

In front of over 1500 fans the Gulls scored big in the fifth inning with some wild pitching that lead to Sylvan lake getting five runs.

A Tyler McWillie homerun in the bottom of the seventh put the game away with two more runs.

The Gulls are now sitting in second place in the West Division standings, just three games behind first place Okotoks.
