Grade six celebrated for their kindness for Classroom of the Month

We had so much fun celebrating Classroom of the Month today with Ms. Schwab’s Grade Six Class.

As usual, we packed up our station vehicle with all the wonderful prizes from our sponsors and made a stop at Boston Pizza Lacombe Ponoka, for some steamy pizzas and made our way over to West Park Middle School. 

This was the first time we were able to celebrate Classroom of the Month in a school’s gymnasium. Sunny got to play hockey alongside Ms. Schwab’s Class and the Red Deer Vipers who decided to join in on the fun today. They gave the class tickets to their game on Saturday against Sylvan Lake. 

After working up a sweat, we were so excited to eat our pizza and open our gifts. Ms.Schwab’s class is exactly how she described them when nominating them they are such a respectful, kind, generous, and understanding bunch of students. 

“This has been my most favourite year of teaching and they are helping me grow as a person and teacher all in one,” said Ms. Schwab in her nomination. 

We had so much fun with this fantastic crew!
