Extremely foggy conditions have caused bus cancellations for Red Deer Catholic Regionals Schools for Red Deer rural, Sylvan Lake, and Blackfalds students. The school remains open. The bus service will be available later this afternoon. 

Environment Canada issued the fog advisory at 5:17AM this morning for the following areas: 

Red Deer County

Lacombe County 

Ponoka County 

Stettler County 

City of Red Deer 

County of Paintearth 

Camrose County 

Environment Canada says dense patches of fog may cause areas of zero visibility along the QEII. The fog is anticipated to clear later this morning.
