Although the Blackfalds Bulldogs have already clinched a spot in the playoffs for the AJHL South Division, they want to keep their momentum going with a couple home games this weekend. They beat Calgary in back to back games last weekend with high scores of 6-3 and 5-1.

The Bulldogs currently sit just four points behind the second place Okotoks Oilers but have a game in hand. Brooks Bandits are leading the division with 90 points, Okotoks has 67 and Blackfalds 63. Another team the Bulldogs are keeping their eye on is Drumheller who are just one point behind with 62.

The Dogs will first play Friday night at home to the Canmore Eagles. It is a day off from school and so it will be a special "Super Hero" theme night. Game time is 7 pm at The Eagle Builders Centre.

And to wrap up the weekend, it won't be an easy game as they stay at home but take on The Brooks Bandits. That game starts at 6 pm, also at The Eagle Builders Centre.
