The Red Deer Hospital Lottery opened it's new dream home up to the public for the first time on Friday and Sunny 94's Adam Hamilton was able to get a sneak peak before the doors opened.

This year's home, located at 101 Larratt Close in Red Deer, features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a gym as part of 3,342 square feet of just awesomeness!

The bungleow, built by Sorento Custom Homes and valued at $840,000, also comes with furnishings from The Brick and an extra $10,000 cash, bringing the grand prize total value to over $880,000.

There's also an early bird prize of $25,000 if you buy your tickets before May 24 and a total of 135 prizes valued at over $1,000,000.

You can also but tickets for the Mega Bucks 50 draw with a minimum payout of $200,000.

Proceeds from this year's lottery will be used to support yhe purchase of electronic fetal montiors and other medical equipment for the Red Deer Hospital Centre and other healthcare centres in the Central Zone.

Ticket deadline is June 21 and you can view the dream home in person Saturdays and Sunday 1-5pm.
