Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate 19-year-old Spencer Howg. Spencer was last in contact with his family on June 15th and police are concerned for his safety and wellbeing. Spencer is believed to be in Red Deer. 

Spencer is described as:

  • 5’7”
  • 130 lbs 
  • Blonde hair 
  • Blue eyes
