CARES Pet of the Week

Sunny 94 has partnered with Central Alberta Rescue Effort Shelter (C.A.R.E.S) to bring you Pet of the Week! Each Wednesday we feature a new, super friendly, totally adoptable dog or cat. We’ll tell you a bit about them in hopes you’ll go to CARES, meet them, fall in love, and take them home with you!

The name’s Tucker!

Hello, my name is Tucker! I'm a very friendly dog who would be so so excited to meet you! In fact, I get excited at just about anything! I arrived at the CARES shelter by owner surrender due to personal circumstances. I'm just over 1 year old recently having my birthday in October.

I am pretty energetic so if you have experience with bigger dogs prior to taking me home, that would be a big plus! Loving, licking, and playing are some of my favorite things to do so a home with an active lifestlyle and a big yard is where I'll fit in best! The ladies at CARES say I'm well balanced and will do well with sharing my new family with other dogs big or small. I have never met a cat, so if you have one you should probably bring them with you to meet me.

Don't worry about me being young and out of control, I've completed obedience training courses so I will sit and stay when you need me too! I also don't mind being put in a crate which will make things really easy when it comes to travelling. I'm a very healthy dog!
